I have been active in sports and physical training for over 25 years. I ran 100 m sprint and 100 m relay as a teenager, pumped iron in my late teens, was a paratrooper in the German military, and have been practicing various types of strength and conditioning training.

My qualifications include CSNA – Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor, American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 certification and Kettle Bell Instructor.

I work out regularly doing a combination of bodyweight exercises, weight training, tube & band resistance training, cardiovascular exercises such as running, swimming, Thaiboxing and stretch on a daily basis.

My daily meal plans consist of protein shakes with fresh fruits, lots of raw vegetables, some grains, lean protein-rich foods such as seafood, poultry, tofu, as well as nuts, seeds and flaxseed oil for good fats.

My mission is to inspire, educate and motivate people of all ages, genders, races and cultural backgrounds to reach the highest level of health, fitness and well-being in body and mind. To put it in different words, I would love to see everyone be lean and full of energy as nature intended us to be.

Vic Verdier is a Krav Maga Instructor and a Trainer for several martial arts. He is a full time Strength and Conditioning Coach, with an extensive practice with athletes and Martial Artists in South-East Asia.
Vic has a BSc in Exercise Science and is certified as a Strength Coach (CSCS) and as a Trainer for several organizations (CrossFit, USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field). He is an IKFF Level 2 Trainer, a certified Nutritionist (CISSN) and an Advanced First Aid Instructor Trainer.

Vic joined his friend Erwan Le Corre and the MovNat Team to share his passion for a simpler, more efficient and no-nonsense physical and mental training and lifestyle. He strongly promotes Natural Movements practiced in a natural environment, with a Nature-oriented mindset and backed up by a Paleo nutritional approach.
