Jarno is the first Personal Trainer in the Netherlands who’s a Certified Kettlebell Instructor for IKFF by Steve Cotter. His interest in kettlebell training started when he visited a good friend of Steve named Court Wing at the crossfit gym Blackbox stationed in New York. Jarno was immediately hooked.
Now he uses the kettlebell training as one of his powerful training tools to accomplish the training goals of his clients. His clients vary from famous Dutch people like Jeroen van der Boom, Miss Netherlands 2006 Sheryl Baas, to mixed martial artists like the world champion karate Jaouad Ikan and Dutch boxing champion Barry Groenteman. He works with everyone who is interested and shows discipline! Thus goals will be reached easily.
Jarno lives in the city of Amsterdam. He loves to workout outside in the woods or the park. He can also visit you at home or at work.

Staal & Kracht (Steel & Strength) is Marcus Leij en Mariz Voesenek. We are located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.  Our private and groupsessions take place at Team Furious, Mixed Martial Arts Training Centre. We have moved in with them and do all strenght and conditioning training for their fighters, allthough everyone is welcome! We use kettlebells, sandbags, bulgarian bags, ropes, TRX, sledgehammers, tires, suspension system, dumbbells, barbells, clubbells, bodyweight and lots more.
