IKFF Level I CKT 

Henry is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher and Fitness Trainer with the IKFF and AKC/WKC, as well as a full time touring musician.

Like most people, Henry struggled with his weight during his college years. In 2005, he made a conscious decision to change his lifestyle and make health and fitness a significant part of his life.

Since the introduction of kettlebells in 2008 by friend and fellow IKFF CKT Giorgio Rojas, it has become the basis and the majority of his entire system of training.

Henry’s teaching methods are solely based on experience and passion. They are tried, tested and Henry has had success with these methods. Henry is enthusiastic to pass on the knowledge he has accumulated over the years and enjoys helping people develop and reach their goals.

His never-ending thirst for knowledge is what makes him a better student of health and fitness.

He is now focusing on reaching Girevoy Sport competition level and will compete in the near future.

Born and Raised in Vegas!!! I have always had a fascination for fitness. I’ve continuously trained with partners that focus on proper technique & full range of motion. Training with kettlebells is a great combination of both. I continue to educate myself and strive for the perfect lift.
