Chris Tybor is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher (CKT) and American Fitness Aerobics Association (AFAA) certified personal trainer with several years experience in the fitness industry. He has interned with the finest instructors at the University of Buffalo as a strength and conditioning coach, which allowed him to train various athletes participating in numerous sports. Chris is also currently working towards his MBA.

As a seasoned professional trainer, Chris works with an average of 25 to 35 clients per month. His clients come in all shapes, sizes and ages - aging from 16 to 82. What sets Chris apart from the average trainer is his uncanny ability to be compassionate with his clients. His stern but fair approach yields amazing results, no matter what the fitness goal may be.

Chris often implements positive lifestyle changes into each of his training sessions in order for his clients to achieve lifelong fitness success. His areas of expertise include nutrition, exercise, injury prevention, over all health and well-being, senior fitness, body-shaping and kettle-bell training.

Cathy has always enjoyed working out as a large part of living a healthy lifestyle. A combination of proper nutrition, weight training, and cardiovascular activity has played a significant role in her conditioning. She currently teaches a weekly indoor cycling class and assists Chris Tybor with his kettlebell classes.

Kettlebell training has been a great addition to her fitness routine and has proven great physical and cardiovascular results. As a Certified Kettlebell Teacher through the IKFF, she hopes to share with others what she has learned and to inspire people to integrate different activities such as kettlebell training into their own fitness routines.

Vinny is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher through the IKFF also a graduate of Duke University and a division one college linebacker who has continued to pursue strength training and cardio vascular fitness in conjunction with living a healthy lifestyle. A combination of proper nutrition, weight training, and cardiovascular activity has played a significant role in his maintaining a high level of intensity while living life aggressively. Vinny has trained several high school and college athletes and is presently the strength and conditioning coach at a local high school where he conditions 45 football players with kettlebells.

Kettlebell training has been a great addition to his fitness routine and he has realized great physical and cardiovascular results as well unintentional rehabilitation consequences to various injuries. As a Certified Kettlebell Teacher through the IKFF, he hopes to share with others what he has learned and to inspire people to integrate different activities such as kettlebell training into their own fitness routines.

I am a 6X IPF Masters World Champion powerlifter and certified (ACE, NASM, NSCA-CPT) personal trainer. My specialties are strength and conditioning, biomechanics and joint mobility. I have been training with kettlebells for the last 2 years and this year I became certified by RKC, AOS and IKFF. I have found kettlebells to be the perfect cross-training tool to improve my squat, bench and deadlifts. My best competition lifts are 350 squat, 184 bench and 418 deadlift at 132 lbs BW-all done with supportive gear. In the last 2 years I have been competing RAW and last year was ranked the #5 female in RAW lifting-this year I am #8 possibly due to the fact that many more people are competing without gear. My best RAW lifts are 295 squat, 145 bench and 350 deadlift. I love kettlebell training for its simplicity and its effectiveness. I am looking forward to entering some KB meets next year and pushing my limits even more!

Howie is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher by the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation, personally trained and certified by Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn. Howie is also a Certified Kettlebell Fitness Trainer by the American Kettlebell Club under Head Coach and World Champion, Valery Fedorenko.

Howie has extensive experience with both resistance and cardiovascular training and is currently a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He was formally certified as a personal trainer with the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT).

Tristan uses his experience in Psychology to help all types of people reach their fitness goals on a whole other level. Tristan draws his experience from several years as a Physical Therapist aide where he was responsible for monitoring patients' of all age’s rehabilitation. Tristan is also a certified nutritionist, implementing a full diet/nutrition and exercise program for all of his clients.

Tristan graduated from Hofstra University with Honors; he is a certified personal trainer through the NCAA-accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Tristan is also a certified Kettlebell instructor through the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF).

Lawrence Betz, a native New Yorker, started serious physical fitness training at age 12. Larry was a gymnast through high school where he entered the NY state championship 2 years consecutively. His fitness interests extended to martial arts training; Japanese Jiu-Jitsu (3rd degree black belt) and a first degree in 2 others styles in Aiki Jiu-Jitsu. Larry has spent over a decade teaching martial arts to adults and children. Over time Larry became increasingly interested in health and fitness. As his passion developed, he sought out some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the world for personal instruction.

The Betz Method is an advanced eclectic method of training utilizing various strengthening disciplines from both Eastern and Western traditions. As a student of exercise science, Larry includes arm & shoulder exercises from golf and baseball players, hip and gluteal exercises from football, foot and ankle exercises from dancers, etc...since everyone's muscle structure is different, Larry develops individually customized exercise routines for each and every client.

Nicole Bradley has been an avid fitness enthusiast her entire life. Nicole’s dedication to fitness and kettlebell training is apparent by her vast knowledge and passion for kettlebell training.  Originally trained in Pavel’s Russian Kettlebell Style; Nicole was recently certified as a kettlebell teacher through the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF).

Nicole is the co-owner of the first kettlebell club in Binghamton, New York, Functional Fitness, LLC. Nicole’s goal is to inspire, motivate and push clients to their potential.  She hopes to challenge people so they can see the many rewards that fitness has to offer.  Feeling and being in the best physical condition is what Nicole strives for herself and for others.

With my passions of kettlebell training, I have exposed many of my patients (athletes and non-athletes) to kettlebells. I am a Chiropractor in private practice in Central New York for the past 10 years. I love fitness, as well as promoting fitness and I do this in and out of my office. I turned from strictly weightlifting to primarily kettlebells in 2007 due to many injuries. Since I begain kettlebell training I have minimized my injuries. I am a certified IKFF trainer as well as a certified American Kettlebell Club coach.

I am the manager of the Court Club, a health club located in Albany, New York.  I have been the manager of the club since 2001 and have been involved in sports and fitness throughout my life.  I am also an instructor for several of the programs the club offers including Pilates, Spinning and Body Pump.  In addition, I offer personal training.  I participate in a wide variety of sports.  I am an expert downhill skier and water skier.  I also play four-wall handball at a competitive level.  In addition, I am an active member of Albany Crossfit.   I have found that kettle bell exercises are a great way to increase the basic components of fitness; strength, stamina, cardio endurance, flexibility, power, speed, balance, accuracy, agility, and coordination.

James Oh is a certified kettlebell teacher (CKT) under the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has worked in college athletics with Georgetown University, and in professional baseball with the New York Met’s. Nick started his fitness path, training in the martial arts, at the age of eight.
