Sebastian lives in Buenos Aires. He has worked as a physiotherapist since graduation working in sports medicine and rehabilitation. For the last 8 years he has studied human posture and biomechanics, developing postural correction methods like “global active stretching of the miofascial tissue”. He also performs manual therapy, functional training exercises and breathing techniques.
Actually, he is running the “Buenos Aires Kettlebell Club” where his patients and clients learn and train the lifting techniques. He works in small groups so as to reach real results changing the old and bad strengthening methods to this new vision of a fluid system; aiming to increase strength, maximizing movement efficiency, flexibility and joint mobility. He also belives that training with Kettlebells helps to rehab abnormal postural habits.
