Jason’s passion in life is fitness!  He enjoys sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with his clients.  Jason has trained a variety of clients from grandmothers to U.S. Special Forces Operators.  Jason takes pride in his training and has the privilege of being call “the MAD Scientist” by his clients. Certifications include his most recent with the IKFF; he is also a Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC) and certified American Kettlebell Lifting Coach through the AKC.

Rebecca has been working with kettlebells for 3 years; she specializes in fat-loss and physical fitness conditioning.  In addition to being certified through the IKFF, she is also a certified coach through the AKC, holds Levels 1 and 2 Pilates mat certifications through the PIA and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA.  Rebecca's training philosophy is grounded in educating and empowering her clients for lifelong success in all endeavors.

I have been using kettlebells for 4 years and have seen great gains in conditioning, strength, weight loss, and overall health.  I had been an athlete in school, but became sedentary and overweight after having back surgery and then being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I'm very passionate about training since it has helped me so much and I want to share that and help others realize their potential, not their limitations.  I have been called inspiring and motivational and that's what I'll bring to all my training sessions.  It's hard to get started, but it's harder to stop. 


Sean Cerqua

Sean is a personal trainer that believes in core strengthening with functional training which has a real world carryover. Balance, stabilization and coordination are other aspects of training that he incorporates into elastic and body weight resistance training. He uses circuit training with a mix of kettelbells, core work and high intensity cardio to help maximize results.

 

 


Justin Thomas

After spending 10 years in law enforcement as well as the military Justin decided to follow his true passion of fitness.  Justin has been competing in sports such as mountain bike racing, triathlons, running, kettlebells, and light adventure racing for 15 years.  Justin’s background in the military and law enforcement gave him experience in firearms training, special tactics teams as well as constantly achieving high level PT scores.  Justin discovered kettlebells in his search for a rewarding, motivating, and fun workout to supplement his triathlon training. 

In 2005 while training at the Martial Arts Sports Complex he met Jason Turko who transformed his entire impression of strength training.  Jason coached Justin through the basics and opened his eyes to what fitness really is.  Justin owes a lot of who he is today through training with Jason.  Together Justin and Jason want share their passion and drive people to be their best in fitness and life. 

Since 2008 Justin has been earning certifications for Kettlebells and Fitness and continues to develop through continued education.
