Brad has been motivating, educating, and improving the lives of his clients through personal training for over 10 years. After successfully losing 50lbs and rehabilitating a back injury in Austin, Texas, Brad decided to embark on his own journey to enhance the lives of others through sound nutrition and functional exercise. He graduated with his Master’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and continues to share his knowledge in the classroom as an instructor for the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Vatterott College. Brad’s philosophy on the integration of assessment, lifestyle, and functional conditioning leaves his clients feeling stronger, rejuvenated, and successful. In 2007 Brad opened the Bodysmith with Stephanie Bell to create an environment which allows them to conduct the necessary training to help clients from all walks of life from professional athletes to the elderly look, function and feel better.
When not training or studying, Brad enjoys cycling, yoga and playing bass guitar in several local bands that can be found performing around the city.

Stephanie’s education and experience have placed her in the forefront of corrective exercise, fitness training, and education. After serving as an Exercise Specialist intern at Methodist Hospital and as a Physical Therapy Technician, Stephanie earned her Masters degree in Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2005. She continues to expand her knowledge through continuing education training from the C.H.E.K. Institute, IKFF, and other national organizations. She is a certified C.H.E.K. Practitioner Level 2, an NSCA-CPT, a IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher Level 1, a certified C.H.E.K. Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach Level 1, a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor Level 1, and a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor. She emphasizes a sound body and mind in her training, ensuring all of her client's programs are designed with their specific individual needs and goals in mind. When not studying, you may find Stephanie out-and-about town cycling, whipping up a new recipe, dancing the cha-cha, or learning the acoustic guitar.
