Colin is a CKT and lifelong athlete with a background rooted in baseball. As a Nashville native, Colin demonstrated his playing ability through years of involvement with the Twitty City baseball program. Later, Colin would earn his varsity letterman honors at Duke University with a degree in Psychology. Colin is a skilled trainer who can design conditioning programs for all walks of life, from overall health and fitness to sport specific performance. His “bread and butter” is working with high school athletes that have aspirations of playing at the next level. In addition to individual goals, Colin places a heavy emphasis on proper technique, injury prevention, and keeping each workout fresh and fun.
