I owe it all to Spartacus.  Just a few years ago, I was overweight, over fifty and thought it was over!  But I gave it one last try, changing my lifestyle, adopting a healthy diet and daily Chinese martial arts ( qigong).  In less than a year, I had dropped about 60 pounds. I wanted to firm up and started on the “Spartacus Workout” featured in Men’s Health magazine.  One option was to use this “cannonball with a handle” (aka: kettlebell).   I started swinging and never looked back.

I’m interested in helping people to develop greater levels of functional strength, so they may move better and enjoy more out of life.  My goal is to help anyone, regardless of age or level of conditioning.
