I have been training at Red Lerilles in Lafayette for about 2 years now. I have a background off many different sports but my main one was track. I competed in the decathelon my freshmen year of college at the University of Lafayette Louisiana where I am majoring in exercise science. I got intio kettlebells about 2 years ago and loved the results I was seeing. I trained with some friends that were competing all over the U.S. This is somtething I am interested in pursuing. I enjoy what I do and am always looking to build my knowledge so that I may help others reach their goals and most importantly...improve their overall health.

I enjoy training with kettlebells, and I have about 8 years experience with them. I also use barbells & bodyweight, to stay in shape. I'm an active grappler of 15 years, (Judo & Gracie Jiu-Jitsu).
