Mike Sanders is a diversified fitness trainer, with a massage therapy background, who began Kettlebell training approximately four years ago with the mindset to explore new fitness interests for his personal training clients in order for them to reach their maximum potential. Mike Sanders is a certified Level II IKFF International Kettlebell instructor personally trained by Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn.  He has also achieved his American Kettlebell Coach (AKC), and Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) trainer certification.
    
    Mike encourages his clients to push their limits and reach their goals by using Kettlebells, Battling Rope Systems, Indian Clubs, TRX Suspension training, Sandbags, and Body weight exercises during workouts.  Mike’s ultimate goal is to create a fun and challenging workout that is positive and increases improved strength and mental toughness.  Mike consistently reminds all of his clients that hard work takes time but they are “Building Better Bodies One Rep At A Time”

    His commitment is to help all his clients achieve positive fitness results while overcoming any physical aliments or obstacles that they possess.  By creating customized full body programs designed for every individual, he helps his clients overcome their physical fitness limitations while motivating them with an overall helpful experience.  Utilizing Kettlebell continuous movements, Mike has created a fundamental component to all of his client’s routines that has increased their continuous interest and enthusiasm in improving their lifestyle.

Carol is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher (CKT) through the IKFF, personally trained and certified by Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn In addition, she is a NESTA-certified Personal Trainer, specializing in functional training, core conditioning, and nutrition coaching. She is committed to helping clients achieve better health and higher levels of fitness. By customizing workouts to meet the needs and goals of the client, she provides the tools and motivation that lead to continuous improvement. Kettlebell training has added an excellent component to her client's workouts to support the goals of core strength and cardiovascular fitness.

After a long career in telecommunications, Carol retired and began her dream of having her own Personal Training business. For several years, Carol and her husband, Turby, have owned Shore Fitness Partners, in Little Silver, N.J. She trains women of all ages, from young teens to seventy-somethings. In addition, Carol is a competitive runner - having run many marathons and local races.

Turby is IKFF-CKT certified by Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn, as well as by NESTA, and Premier Resisted Movement Training (RMT) and Movement Based Flexibility (MBF). His philosophy is to use kettlebells, combined with various other modalities to achieve maximum strength, conditioning and flexibility according to the clients' goals.

Turby is co-owner of Shore Fitness Partners with his wife, Carol. He has applied his life-long fitness experience and recent certifications to a new career devoted to helping others attain their highest levels of fitness and wellness. Turby is a veteran of 15 marathons, with a personal best of 2:57 at age 47.

Mark is an IKFF Level 1 CKT and also has a kettlebell certification from Steve Maxwell (MKC).  Mark is an avid fitness participant.  He began kettlebell training 6 years ago and he is the owner of F.I.S.T. (Fitzgerald Intensive Strength Training).  A lifelong hockey player, more recently a wrestler, and martial arts practioner, Mark has found kettlebell training essential in his athletic pursuits.  Mark brings his love, passion, and zeal for training to all of his clients.  At F.I.S.T., Mark will personalize each workout according to individual needs.  Mark strives to keep workouts fun and challenging by utilizing kettlebells in conjuction with tires, ropes, Bulgarian training bags, and bodyweight.  Mark tries to instill in each client: "To go where we've never gone, we must do what we've never done!"


Donica Storino

Donica Storino brings the same intensity and enthusiasm to training as she does with everything she encounters in her daily life.  With her fun-loving, positive outlook, and her "life is not a rehearsal- just do it" philosophy, Donica teaches several strength and conditioning disciplines including Russian Kettlebells, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodyweight Conditioning, and Integrated flexibility & joint mobility.  With certifications in Elite CrossTraining (The Underground Gym) , Nfpt, IKFF CKT, Underground gym Olympic weightLifting,and Kettlebells, Donica is also a Certified Performance Enhancement & Physique Transformation Specialist, and a NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) Certified Personal Trainer. 
 
Donica devotes 100% of herself to her clients and assisting them to reach their athletic potential.  This is more than just a hobby for her, it is a lifestyle and Donica loves to pass that philosophy on to her students and 3 children. "I believe it doesn't matter who you are," Donica says. "If you believe you can do it, you can!!!!! So lets do it!" 


Rich Jones

Rich has been studying and training with Kettlebells for over 6 years. He is a Certified Kettlebell Instructor through the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation, personally instructed by Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 18 years by ACE and NASM and traces his roots back to “Old School” Nautilus Circuit Training for which he was instructed & certified by Dr. Ellington Darden. He has always searched for the most efficient method of training and finally found it when an “old timer” (Thank you J.G.) showed him the Turkish Getup. He was immediately hooked on Kettlebells from that moment. Rich has a true passion for fitness and loves to share his knowledge with those that he trains.

Darren is owner and head fitness coach at Emerge Fitness Center.He started his fitness journey playing sports and got into kettlebell lifting in 2006 and currently certified through IKFF and AKC.  Darren wants to empower clients to push past the barriers holding them back.
