Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant with NPTI. He is also a Crossfit Level 1 Instructor and TRX trainer. Former Division 1 football prospect , Eric decided to take the step toward helping others reach there fitness goals. Getting certified in August of 2009 by the IKFF has changed the way Eric looks at fitness and life.

Shannon is the founder Fit & Well Associates, LLC and is located in Frederick, MD. Currently developin 360 Degree Athletic Systems and serves as a personal trainer and strength, speed, and conditioning coach.
Shannon's core expertise includes kettlebell training, functional fitness, and athletic systems. Credentials include certified personal trainer and certified kettlebell teacher. Prefers working with athletes and post rehab scenarios. As a former collegiate athlete, he also considers healthy food and dietary supplementation as part of overall fitness regimen.
Shannon is affiliated with American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation. He is also a member of the Amercian Red Cross and a former Big Brother of the Big Brother Big Sister Program of Frederick County. Due to his own childhood illnesses, Shannon has been an avid fundraiser for the March of Dimes for the past 8 years to help in their efforts to save babies.
Shannon's undergraduate studies were in finance and marketing at Hampton University. He has held series 7 securities license, series 66 advisory license, and life and health insurance licenses while in the finance industry.

Jay Simon's passion for fitness started on an Ohio wrestling mat at the age of five. He has since trained in power lifting, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. This experience, along with his in-depth knowledge of fitness, keeps his clients engaged and challenged through a well-balanced selection of strength and conditioning exercises.
Jay developed the functional training system of Ruckus 101 that emphasizes multi-joint movements and creative exercises. Serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Academy for Body Efficient Tactical Arts (BETA Academy) in Washington, DC, Jay uses Ruckus 101 to improve students’ performance on the Brazilian Jiu- jitsu mat and in the Thai Boxing ring.

Ana Browne is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a Cross-Fit Kettlebell Certified Instructor as well as a Kettlebell coach for IKFF, BFIT-Certified Flexibility Training Instructor and a certified by the American Red Cross in CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood Bourne Pathogens, which, of course, is in addition to her Battling Ropes Level I Coach certification.
Ana competed as a Varsity athlete playing basketball for 4 years, along with volleyball and track. While in college completing her B.S. in Rehabilitation Services at UMES, she was the Women's Basketball Athletic trainer for 3 years, where she helped attend to sports related injuries. Ana is currently a competitive figure model, and a National Level Bikini model in the body building industry, competing in the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilding (OCB), and National Physique Committee (NPC).
Through years of experience training herself and others to meet various fitness goals, whether being sports related, physical endurance training, or transforming the body for figure competitions; she has come to be a diverse trainer with a complete understanding of the word DISCIPLINE. Working alongside well known leaders in the Fitness Industry has helped her develop the solid foundation necessary to help anyone meet their individualized fitness goals. Since no individuals have identical backgrounds and fitness goals, Ana works with clients to develop customized fitness and nutrition plans to guarantee success.
