IKFF Kettlebell Workshop – Level 1 – Proper foundation is everything! Attend this workshop and learn the proper technique right from the start. This course focuses on the “classical lifts” of kettlebell training – swing, clean, snatch, press, push press, jerk and squat. Each exercise will be covered in detail so you will learn the correct mechanics/alignment, breathing and groove (kettlebell trajectory).
IKFF K-bell Workshop – Level 2 – This builds on the technical principles taught in Level 1. The focus of the Level 2 workshop is kettlebell training for enhanced, power, speed, explosiveness, coordination etc. Some of the exercises include – double swings, double cleans, double alternating cleans, double snatch, double alternating snatch, bottom’s up clean and press, two-hands anyhow, k-bell jump squats and more!
