http:www.ablebodiedkettlebells.com . This is a great pull up variation for building strength through the sticky spots of your pull up. Feel free to experiment where to perform the isometric hold throughout the movement. I like the 90 degree hold, and the hold at the top, but you can perform the holds wherever you want and as often as you want.
