I dislocated my shoulder on the 22 of June and was out of training for a week, but all fine again now although I can see technique is not as good as before. 6' @ 8rpm with 20s, 3x 1' @ 8rpm with 28s, 3' @ 12rpm with 16s and I decided to test 1 leg squats for fun. I haven't done one in over 9 month, probably won't do one for a while again. I mean, they're OK if you're traveling and can't get to a squat rack... http:kettlebell-fitness.dkindex.phpnews
