Only a few training sessions left before heading to Italy and participating in the World Kettlebell Championships. My right arm is doing some funny shit and some weird wobbly lockouts... I want to stick to 10-12 rpm for my jerk set on the 071110. I finished the session with some glove snatch for 8' and 120 reps of 2 arm swing 40kg. http:kettlebellfitnessdk.wordpress.com
