This 4 DVD set is a very good compilation of the most effective Russian Kettlebell workouts that Steve assembled throughout the years . This set of DVDs includes ten very challenging follow along workouts ranging from muscle building to core and abs to hard core cardio. Volumes included are:

  • LOWER BODY WORKOUT (Disk 2)
  • ABS and CORE WORKOUT (5 different workouts) (Disk 3)
  • CARDIO and CIRCUIT WORKOUT (3 different workouts) (Disk 4)

 

If you have mastered the drills well and is just looking for the ways of how to construct an effective training routine for different goals, these routines will definetely provide all the answers you are looking for, plus the fact that you are actually going to follow Steve will add a lot of motivation to your personal workout. In cardio circuits, Steve emphasizes time based sets of different exercises, allowing you to adjust the pace according to your conditioning level and being able to sustain work for the whole duration of the circuit (20 min) without putting the bell down. And as you know this is the major principle behind GS methodology. Unless you are a coach yourself and are capable of constructing a well balanced kettlebell program in terms of movement patterns and developing different physical attributes along with improvement your energy system work, I would strongly recommend you to get this DVD.
