Hi,

I have got Mr.Cotter's DVd,Mastering The Pistol,but am unsure of how to incorperate this into a balanced routine.

The workouts are to be performed 3 times per week,so my questions are....

1)-Should i do some maintainence upper body work at the end of the workout or should i do an upper/lower split-Mastering The Pistol routine on a Mon/Wed/Fri,upper body work on a Tues and Thurs.

2)-If i do perform an upper/lower split,would things such as cleans and snatches cause over training due to the use of the legs/hamstrings?

My goals are to gain size and conditioning so i am currently performing presses,squats,deadlifts,pull ups,etc with kettlebells.
