I was hoping to get some feedback. I've been training alone for some time in gs and wanted to know how my technique is, especially from great group that is on this forum. Thank you for your time.

Looking at your Long Cycle I'd say everything looks good. On your down clean/swing you can rotate your arms and hands so that you're a bit more efficient in the forearm muscles relaxing so that you expend less overall energy. Other than that I'd say good demo.

And with the Snatch you looked very relaxed and overall very smooth in your movement.

Great sets!

hi Henry

Looks good bro, you keep improving!! Snatch looks great, catching the bells alil low on descent, but overall nice work. Also the LongCycle looks good and the only thing I see is your stoping those bells on the cleans, dont stop the progres, keep in going back alil more. Will you be in columbus? Hope to see you there
