First and formost I just want to say I just learned about this forum and I feel as if i have missed out on so much. There has been so much great info on here I'm soaking it all in like a sponge. Second I feel blessed to be on the IKFF team and to have such great coaches. This is truly a great organization that is dedicated to effective, successful training. That being said here is my first training log

Recently I've been training long cycle but I wanted to switch it up and train more Snatch today. Yesterday I completed 10min LC 20kgs. 61reps

Weight Class: 80kg.

Joint Mobility 10min. (really have left out lately feels better to incorporate in program)
10 pullups
Indian Clubs 5min.

20swings L/R 24kg

Snatch 24kg L 12/12/12 R 12/12/12

Squats 5x5 @ 205

OAJ 34kg. 3 x 10/10

10lb Club bell Mills in & out (10)
10 pull ups

Competition monday was yesterday i pulled out the artillery and went to battle
